Lake, Newaygo & Oceana: Community Nutrition Survey

Attention Lake, Newaygo & Oceana County residents... We want to hear from you!

Staff on the Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) team are conducting a Community Nutrition Survey to learn more about nutrition and access to healthy foods within our community. If you live or work in Lake, Newaygo, or Oceana County, please take this survey by August 30, 2024 to tell us more about nutrition within your household.

The first 50 survey respondents in each county will earn a $10 gift card and every survey respondent will have the chance to win a $100 gift card!
